We reserve the right to revoke access to the Website or any of our Services in the event that any of the information provided by you to us is deemed inaccurate, fraudulent or in the event you are in breach of these Terms.

You acknowledge and agree that:

- we do not guarantee the accuracy, availability or existence of jobs advertised on the Website;
you are solely responsible for checking and assessing all information accessible to you in job advertisements, or that is otherwise provided to you;
- when you apply for a job advertisement using your CV, or submit your CV as a general application, we may share your CV and personal information with our clients in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Collingwood Partners makes no representation or warranty that any employer or client will keep confidential any of your information or data provided to that employer or client. This means that third parties unaffiliated with us and for whom we have no responsibility may view the personal information contained in your CV. If you do not want your CV or personal information made accessible by, or passed to, third parties, you should not upload it.
